Refund Policy

Effective: October 6, 2026

1. Monthly subscriptions (software and signal membership)

• Full refund within 7 days of payment if the service has not been used.
• Once you start using a digital service, the right of withdrawal may be limited as disclosed before purchase. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged from the next billing date.
• If we cannot continue to provide the service for reasons on our side, we refund the unused period pro rata.

2. Courses under a signed contract

• Refunds follow the refund clause of the contract you signed.

3. Prop-firm evaluation fees

• Fees paid directly to a prop firm (a third party) follow that firm’s own refund rules; we cannot refund them.

4. How to request a refund

• Email support@army-trader.com with your name, payment date, payment method and reason.
• We process approved refunds within 3 business days; card refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
