Risk Disclosure
Effective: October 6, 2026
Risk of trading futures and derivatives
- Futures trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment.
- Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one’s financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading, and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading.
- Leverage can turn small price moves into large losses.
Limits of our tools and education
- Signal charts, automatic stop-loss and take-profit, and AI entry assist are decision-support tools; they do not prevent losses. Fast markets, gaps, latency, network or platform outages can prevent orders from being filled at the intended price.
- Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations: unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading, may not reflect the impact of liquidity, slippage and the psychological pressure of trading, and are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
- Prop-firm evaluations and payouts are governed by each prop firm’s own rules; passing or withdrawals are not guaranteed.
Our role
We are not a broker or investment adviser. We do not hold your funds or place orders on your behalf. All trading decisions and results are your own responsibility.
