Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes. During the public beta ArmyTrader SB is free and no card is needed. The regular price will be $49/month. We will tell you at least 2 weeks before any paid plan starts, and you are never charged unless you choose to subscribe.

What do I need?

A Windows 10/11 PC, NinjaTrader 8 (free) and internet. Mac users can run Windows with Parallels. One license works on up to 3 PCs.

Is this an automated trading robot?

No. ArmyTrader SB shows James’s assistant chart and trading signals. You decide whether to use them and you place every order yourself. The free beta adds an automatic stop-loss to protect your account.

Which markets?

CME micro futures in NinjaTrader 8: MNQ (Micro Nasdaq), MGC (Micro Gold) and MCL (Micro Crude Oil).

Do I need a live brokerage account?

No. Start with NinjaTrader’s free simulation. When you are consistent, take a prop-firm evaluation instead of trading your own savings — see Learn the method.

Can you guarantee profits?

No one can. Past results, including real member results, do not guarantee future profits. Futures trading involves a substantial risk of loss. Practise on simulation first.

I lost my license key

Open My account and click “Get a new key”. The old key stops working immediately.

Windows says “Windows protected your PC”

Click More info → Run anyway. Windows shows this for new programs that are not yet widely downloaded.

The setup checklist shows a warning

Each warning tells you what to fix (key, PC limit, chart, data connection, safety stop). If it stays, open 💬 Help.

Is my data safe?

We store only your sign-in name and email, and your license and PC status. Keys are stored encrypted. See the Privacy Policy; you can request deletion any time.

How do I contact a person?

Open 💬 Help (bottom right) and tap “Talk to a human” — our team replies in the same chat, usually within 24 hours (Korea time). Email: support@army-trader.com.

Not financial advice. ArmyTrader SB shows signals; you decide and place every order yourself. Past results, including real member results, do not guarantee future profits. Futures trading involves a substantial risk of loss.
