AT ArmyTrader Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of the AT ArmyTrader website (army-trader.com), trading education, chart and order-assist software, mobile app and related services (the “Service”) provided by JAMES INVESTMENT GROUP Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”).

2. Nature of the Service

The Service is trading education and assistive software that runs on your own PC with settings you choose.
We are not a broker, futures commission merchant, investment adviser or commodity trading advisor. We do not hold or manage your funds and we do not place orders in your account on your behalf.
All members receive the same signals and education; we do not give personalized investment advice. We do not promise or guarantee any profit.
All trading decisions and their results, including losses, are your own responsibility.

3. Changes to these Terms

We post these Terms on our website. We will announce changes at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you).

4. Sign-up and accounts

You must provide accurate information when you join early access or become a member.
You are responsible for your Member ID, license key and password. You may not share, lend or resell them. A license may be used only on the permitted number of PCs.

5. Paid services and payment

The content, price and term of a paid service are as shown at checkout or in your individual contract.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel before the next billing date, you will not be charged again.
For courses governed by a signed contract, the contract terms prevail over these Terms.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Your obligations

You may not reverse-engineer, copy or resell the software, or publish or sell our signals or course materials without our permission.
You may not use the Service to manage other people’s accounts or in breach of applicable laws (including investment advisory and managed-account rules).
You may not interfere with the Service or harm other users.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the software, signal displays, course materials, trademarks and designs belong to us. You may use them only for your own personal use as permitted by these Terms.

8. Changes and interruptions

We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, third-party platform (e.g. NinjaTrader) or network outages, or force majeure, and will give notice where possible. If a paid service is discontinued for reasons on our side, we will refund the unused period.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for your trading results, market conditions, or losses caused by outages or policy changes of brokers, futures firms, prop firms or third-party platforms, except for losses caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Privacy

We process personal data under our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith; otherwise the Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
